1 Definitions & Introduction

3 Account Registration & Security

Each member may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Report any unauthorized access to your account to us immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• The name, address, and payment details provided at registration must all belong to the same person.

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, jay77 may suspend or investigate the account at any time in the interest of security.

5 Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements

New members at jay77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 would apply the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions — please read the details before accepting an offer.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• jay77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found.
• Weekly cashback is available at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels under the VIP program.

VIP Program Terms

jay77's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Membership tier depends on activity and engagement on the platform. Higher tiers come with greater benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback and additional benefits.
• VIP cashback is paid at a set time each week.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback, as with bonuses.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

jay77 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member's account in any of the following situations:

• Violation of any clause in the Terms.
• If evidence of providing false information or identity fraud is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or coordinated betting is found.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period, subject to prior notice.

A member may also request account closure at any time. If there is a remaining balance before closure, an opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, subject to any applicable bonus conditions.

9 Technical Issues & Disclaimer

jay77 is committed to providing uninterrupted service, but may occasionally face temporary disruptions due to technical reasons.

• Services may be temporarily unavailable during server errors or maintenance.
• If the internet connection is lost while playing a game, the server record will be considered final.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, jay77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
• jay77 is not directly responsible for issues caused by third-party game providers.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

jay77 places the highest priority on the security of members' personal information. We use SSL encryption to keep all data secure. Your information is not sold or transferred to any third party.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Consequences resulting from the use of an account by a minor or unauthorized person.
• Technical errors by third-party game providers.

In any dispute, jay77's decision will be considered final, however, any legitimate complaint from a member will always be reviewed.

12 Changes to Terms

jay77 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. In the event of changes, we will:

• Notify members by email or notification for significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
